Fire-damaged houses
Fire, storm, or water damage can be reviewed as-is.
Houses needing major repairs
Outdated systems, structural concerns, or long-deferred maintenance.
Inherited houses
Subject to ownership, probate, and who has authority to sell.
Condos or townhomes
Considered case by case, including association rules and resale restrictions.
Land and some specialty properties are purchased only if later approved by the owner. Condos and townhomes depend on association rules.
